Recently,good news came from the State Intellectual Property Office that“a scandium-containing Al-Cu series heat-resistant aluminum alloy and its preparation method”independently developed and designed by Nanshan Aluminum won the national invention patent and a certificate was awarded.

The patent relates to the production process of aluminum profiles:aluminum alloy is sequentially melted,homogenized,annealed,extruded,quenched,stretched and aged.While increasing the tensile strength of the aluminum alloy,it does not reduce the ductility,and also has good heat resistance.
